Flexible and durable sealing grommet designed for airtight and watertight sealing around cables and pipes. ROFLEX 20 is made from high-grade EPDM and is suitable for use in both interior and exterior membrane systems. It allows for movement of services without compromising the building envelope.

Uses:

• Seals cable or pipe penetrations Ø 15–30 mm
• Suitable for internal airtightness layers
• Use externally with roof and wall underlays
• Ideal for both new builds and retrofits
• Maintains seal even when cables or pipes move
