JOUANEL SEAMING MACHINE

A lightweight electric seamer for closing standing seam trays in two stages—ideal for zinc, copper, aluminium, and steel roofing. Compact, reversible, and compatible with a DeWalt right angle drill (not included), this tool ensures quick, even seaming with minimal setup.

Uses:

• Creating 1st and 2nd standing seam folds on site
• Suitable for curved or arched roofing (min. radius 3000 mm)
• Designed for zinc, copper, aluminium, and steel trays

Tray Profiles:

The quality of the profiled trays used is essential for the proper operation of your seamer. Before starting to seam, check the following:

• Maximum outside radius: 3.5mm, check with the gauge provided
• The folds must be 9mm +/- 1mm

Failure to follow these instructions can seriously damage the electric motor of the machine!
